Admission to Practice

Any attorney who is an active member in good standing of any state bar and eligible to practice in that state may be admitted to practice before the courts of the Shoshone and Arapaho Tribes upon completion of the appropriate application and payment of required fees.

Any person desiring admission to practice who does not meet the qualifications as an attorney must successfully complete an examination administered by the Court prior to becoming eligible to obtain a license to practice.

The annual yearly fee is $100. Once your fee is paid you will receive a letter of good standing for the current year.
